THE MONOCHROME; TECHART presents a special model Celebrating 50 Years of Porsche Turbo Engines.
THE MONOCHROME is the further development of the GTstreet R, limited to 20 units, based on the Porsche 911 Turbo S, which has caused quite a stir worldwide with 87 vehicles. TECHART was able to set standards for individual sports car enthusiasts and collectors.
The GT Street R legend lives on!
In 2024, the Porsche 911 Turbo celebrates its 50th anniversary. To mark this milestone, TECHART presents the final version of the GT Street R on the basis of a 992.1- the MONOCHROME, a vehicle with a pure turbo engine (without electric assistance).
Following the success of the GT Street R, of which 87 units were built in three years, the series will be completed with 20 final MONOCHROME vehicles. This model stands for technical perfection and uncompromising design DNA. With over 800 hp, the MONOCHROME accelerates up to a top speed of 350 km/h.
The interior of the MONOCHROME reflects luxury and craftsmanship, with high-quality materials such as leather, carbon and Alcantara carefully matched to the monochrome design. TECHART emphasizes its tradition of craftsmanship through its in-house saddlery, where every facet is crafted with the utmost precision and attention to detail. Each MONOCHROME vehicle is unique and is individually tailored to the customer’s wishes, making it stand out from standard vehicles.
Special attention is also paid to the new TECHART hood emblem, which is being used on the MONOCHROME for the first time. Anyone driving from Zuffenhausen to Weissach will pass halfway through Höfingen, where TECHART company is based. The coat of arms of Höfingen / Leonberg shows an upright lion with a key in its claws, a symbol that stands for strength, elegance and character. This connection to the location and to tradition means that our new hood emblem also features this figure.
The new 20/21-inch forged wheels combine lightweight construction and strength and support brake ventilation with an innovative five-spoke design.
The MONOCHROME thus embodies not only the highest art of engineering, but also a deep appreciation of traditional craftsmanship and regional identity. The MONOCHROME is more than just a sports car – each one is both a unique piece of automotive art and a masterpiece.
