After launching Guillermo Pharis Bridal in 2019, Pharis quickly rose to prominence for his elegant, timeless, and glamorous creations. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, located in NYC, Pharis built his foundation in New York City before expanding to the West Coast, where he established showrooms in Los Angeles and Denver, along with presenting on the runway globally. This October marks a meaningful return to the city that shaped his creative vision.

During Fashion Week, Guillermo Pharis debuted its highly anticipated Spring/Summer 2026 collection, marking yet another powerful moment in designer Guillermo Pharis’ growing legacy of couture bridalwear. Guillermo Pharis who was just nominated for the Fashion Group International Rising Star Award became quickly known as he moved from a nominee, to a finalist, where he attended the star studded red carpet event in New York City as a finalist and nominee. Unveiled on May 17th, Guillermo Pharis’ debut Spring 2026 Bridal Collection was crafted for the modern woman drawn to timeless silhouettes with a contemporary twist. Inspired by his global travels and in-depth study of bridal fashion history, each gown masterfully balances architectural structure with romantic detailing, showcasing luxurious fabrics like mikado, silk faille, duchess satin, satin-back crepe, and delicate French lace.

Guillermo Pharis is an acclaimed American fashion designer based in New York City and Denver. Raised in a multicultural household of women, Guillermo dreamed of designing wedding gowns from an early age-sketching dresses since he was 9, inspired by a Christian Dior couture show.
He studied eveningwear and bridal at The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, mastering the art of couture dressmaking. Romantic at heart, Guillermo infuses his designs with influences from art, music, architecture, and global culture.
A passionate environmentalist, he integrates sustainable practices into his craft-minimizing waste, upcycling materials, and offering custom gowns made from vintage or antique dresses.
In 2019, he launched WHISPER by GUILLERMO PHARIS, showcased at New York Bridal Fashion Week and later at Shanghai and Hong Kong Fashion Weeks. He has since opened studios in NYC, Denver, and Los Angeles.
Guillermo’s work has been featured in BRIDES.com, LATimes, New York Weekly, The New York Post, and international press. In 2025, he was a finalist for the Rising Star Awards by The Fashion Group International in the Bridal Fashion category.
