Hosted at the iconic Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, the private, invitation-only event took place in collaboration with the Royal Gentleman Group during the prestigious Camélia Dinner. The evening brought together an elite audience of global leaders, cultural figures, entrepreneurs, and legacy families setting the tone for what is poised to become a defining global recognition platform.

TCD GLOBAL TOP 20™ is an annual honor celebrating twenty individuals whose leadership demonstrates measurable impact, cross-cultural influence, and forward-thinking innovation. The initiative marks a strategic expansion of TCD Publications which is an award-winning platform into a global authority in media, recognition, and thought leadership.

“TCD GLOBAL TOP 20™ reflects the future of leadership… global, inclusive, and impact-driven,” said Founder Manisha Mundhra Beriwala. “Monaco was the natural stage to introduce a platform of this caliber.”

A Defining Voice: Leadership Begins Within

At the heart of the evening, Beriwala delivered a keynote that resonated deeply with attendees, moving beyond recognition into reflection. Drawing from the philosophy of Diwali… the celebration of inner light… her address centered on unity in diversity, purpose, and self-awareness.

“Your journey to self begins within.”

The moment offered a rare pause which was an invitation to redefine leadership not as status, but as self-aligned purpose.

Hosted with precision by the Royal Gentleman Group, led by Thomas Misse and Marek Harmony, the evening embodied the essence of European sophistication.

• Current strategic goals across global media and recognition platforms
• A forward-looking vision bridging culture, leadership, and emerging technologies
• Early integration of AI-driven storytelling and research, positioning TCD at the intersection of media and innovation

This moment elevated the evening from experiential to institutional solidifying TCD’s role as both a cultural and intellectual force shaping global narratives.

The Reveal: A New Generation of Leadership

The evening continued with the unveiling of the inaugural TCD GLOBAL TOP 20™ nominees, spotlighting individuals whose journeys reflect ambition, innovation, and global perspective.

Among them, a defining symbol of next-generation leadership emerged: a 22-year-old Formula 2 driver, representing a new era defined by fearlessness, discipline, and global reach.

Where Culture, Fashion, and Influence Converge

The Monaco launch unfolded through a curated blend of artistry and refinement, including:

• A luxury fashion showcase by Nora Fay

A Movement, Not a Moment

What emerged from Monaco was unmistakable: TCD GLOBAL TOP 20 is not simply a list but it is a movement.

A movement grounded in:

• Inner leadership
• Cultural intelligence
• Global connection
• Purpose-driven impact

The launch signals a powerful new chapter for TCD Publications, with upcoming global activations scheduled across The Hamptons, Palm Beach, London, Germany, Paris, and India throughout September and October 2026.
