CREATRICE, a new luxury womenswear brand, introduces ‘Embodied Fashion’-a design philosophy grounded in somatic intelligence, presence, and authentic self-expression.
The Muse Top and Luna Skirt
Luxurious silk skirt shaped by duality. One side contours the body, while the other releases into abundant drape, creating an energetic balance. The silhouette shifts with movement, revealing contrast between definition and flow.
CREATRICE redefines the relationship between women and what they wear. CREATRICE begins with the body itself. Silhouettes are intentional and architectural, fabrics are selected for breathability and movement, and construction balances structure with ease.
CREATRICE garments are developed through a somatic design approach – an understanding of how fabric, cut, and silhouette influence how a woman feels in her body. Each piece is designed to either ground, soften, expand, or lead, depending on the energy and intention a woman chooses to embody.
The Devotion Dress
Elegant silk dress shaped to elongate the body and reveal form with intention. Soft pleated structure through the waist balances openness with structure, creating a composed, effortless silhouette.
Founded by Emma Mullane after nearly two decades inside the fashion industry, CREATRICE emerged from lived experience. Having worked across development, production, and brand-building, Emma witnessed first-hand how disconnected fashion had become from the women it was meant to serve. “The turning point came when I realised my clothes were shaping my energy,” she says. “Getting dressed became a ritual – a way of returning to myself. That’s when CREATRICE was born.”
CREATRICE launches with a considered capsule of sculptural silk dresses, architectural blouses, and fluid tailoring.
Cascade Bomber
A silk bomber reimagined with movement and an asymmetric drape around the body. A playful outerwear layer that shifts the energy of everyday dressing.
Embodied Fashion is the art of dressing with energy and purpose. It’s a somatic practice. One that supports self-trust, clarity, and expression – not as concepts, but as lived experience.
– Emma Mullane, Founder and Creative Director
The Muse Top and Drape Trouser
Asymmetric wrapped trouser designed to release the body downward. A high-waisted, softly tailored silhouette with a mid-weight drape that allows the body to soften and settle, supporting calm, continuous movement.
CREATRICE stands out by combining distinctive design with emotional resonance. Inspired by the connection between body, emotion and movement, the brand explores the balance between structure and fluidity. Creating pieces that are uniquely feminine, sculptural and powerful. CREATRICE positions clothing as a tool for transformation when it is designed with care and intelligence.
The Muse Dress
Sculptural silk dress designed around the body through asymmetric wrap and drape. Crafted with an intentional one-sleeve construction that balance structure, softness, and undeniable presence.
The brand works in small runs with UK-based and European production partners, prioritising quality, transparency, and long-term wear. Fabrics include silk, cupro, viscose, and regenerated fibres selected for both their environmental credentials and how they feel on the body.

CREATRICE exists to change the relationship between women and what they wear. Not as trend or performance, but as something lived in the body. A way of dressing that supports presence, expression, and self-trust.
After two decades working inside the fashion industry, it became clear to our Founder, Emma Mullane that something was missing. Clothing was being designed to sell, to perform, to impress – but rarely to support the woman wearing it. Fashion had become disconnected from the very people it was meant to serve.
CREATRICE was born from the desire to return clothing to the body – and to create a brand that honours how a woman feels when she wears something, not just how she looks.
CREATRICE is for the woman who wants a deeper relationship with herself. A woman who wants to feel – not just be seen.
This is not fashion for surface-level.
It’s fashion as ceremony.
As devotion to your body.
As a return to you.
