This limited-edition collection introduces a unique take on TOMS‘ most iconic style, the Alpargata, embellished with handcrafted floral details that showcase the fusion of high fashion and meaningful wear.
The collaboration, which first debuted at Cowan‘s runway show during New York Fashion Week in February 2024, features the Alpargata in new black and white designs. Each shoe dons a handcrafted peony, a nod to Cowan’s flair for dramatic, eye-catching designs. The embellishments add a unique and artistic touch to the classic TOMS silhouette, blending Cowan’s signature glamour with TOMS’ ethos of comfort and purpose.

Reflecting on the collaboration, Christian Cowan shared his design philosophy of “show up as the real you.” This sentiment serves as the blueprint for the collection, which commemorates the true individuality that’s at the core of both brands. In addition to this collaboration, Cowan starred in TOMS’ SS24 Wear Good campaign as one of six mental health advocates, further exemplifying the shared commitment to authenticity and social impact.
