Licensed to Charm is a designer and maker of sustainable, quirky jewellery and collectables full of character, unique and authentic. Everything is designed and made in the UK, and collections include officially licensed ranges and their design creations crafted in Sterling Silver and gold vermeil.

The business was founded in 2012 as a small family-run workshop and boutique shop, creating and making its designs. However, in 2018 Founder and Creative Director Maggie Calmels had the idea to recreate favourite characters and objects with a special place in people’s memories as collectable jewellery. The first brands to come on board were a trio of British Classics: The Beano, Aardman Animations, and Watership Down, followed by Thunderbirds, Hello Kitty, Miffy, Pusheen, the cult classic film Labyrinth, Frida Kahlo and most recently, Moomins, Eric Carle’s The Very Hungry Caterpillar and Dark Crystal.

At Licensed to Charm, we are committed to sustainability. Our jewellery is designed and crafted in the UK, giving us a low carbon footprint. We manufacture artisan components, hand-assemble them, and finish them.
