Soorty & Jeanologia Launch Fast Fade

Soorty & Jeanologia Launch Fast Fade, Where Fabric and Finishing Are Designed as One

Global denim leader Soorty is proud to announce its latest partnership with Jeanologia, renowned for its innovative technologies in the textile industry through eco-efficient, sustainable solutions. Together, they unveil Fast Fade, a groundbreaking line of fabrics engineered from the fiber up to achieve premium aesthetics with minimal environmental impact.

Fast Fade fabrics are designed for purpose. Every element, from fiber selection and yarn construction to the initial weaving process, was developed in parallel with Jeanologia’s laser and dry process technologies. This approach ensures the fabric reacts optimally to digital finishing, eliminating the need for traditional, resource-heavy wet processing.

The Fast Fade collection delivers high-contrast, authentic denim styles brought to life through technology. By engineering the textile specifically for dry processes, the line achieves outstanding wash effects while completely eliminating the need for manual whiskering, hand sanding, or wet process chemistry. This process represents a significant leap forward, allowing for the creation of premium garments with a drastic reduction in water, energy, and chemical use.

This collection forgoed months of deep technical and creative synergy. Jeanologia experts traveled to Soorty’s facilities in Pakistan to work on-site with the development team and was followed by reciprocal workshops at Jeanologia’s headquarters in Spain. The final results showcases the power of this hands-on collaboration.

“We trust Jeanologia’s expertise in innovative laundry technology completely – and that trust creates the right conditions for genuine exchange. Sharing knowledge, sparking new ideas, learning from each other: this is what feeds both companies and pushes the work further. In this project, we also brought our fabric technology insights to the table, making it a truly two-way conversation.” – Alper Cataloglu, VP Product Development, Soorty Fabrics.

“Fast Fade is the result of a true collaboration, combining Soorty’s fabric expertise with our product engineering to create a collection that is authentic, natural and sustainable, while preserving the spirit of vintage. Our methodology brings together Billy, our AI for extracting high quality laser designs from garment images, with advanced laser capabilities. Billy captures real vintage wear patterns from a single image and transforms them into precise designs, which are then executed using laser tools such as HDR+, ensuring maximum definition, depth and naturalness, with no need for manual retouching. Together, we are introducing a new way of working, where design and production are fully aligned, delivering authenticity, efficiency and low impact at scale.” – Carmen Silla, Global Marketing Director, Jeanologia.

This collaboration is a representation of a much needed shift in the industry toward true supply chain integration. By combining Soorty’s responsible manufacturing at scale with Jeanologia’s technological innovation, Fast Fade proves that responsible production is not only possible but scalable. It reinforces Soorty’s long-standing commitment to “Collaboration in Action” as the primary driver for a more sustainable denim future.
