Birdies’ The Speedbird Sneaker Collection

Birdies Expands into Sneakers with the Launch of ‘The Speedbird’

Birdies, the women-founded footwear brand known for blending elevated design with sneaker-level comfort, is stepping into a new category this Spring with the launch of The Speedbird Sneaker Collection.

A fresh silhouette for the brand, The Speedbird reimagines the classic retro jogger through Birdies’ distinctly feminine lens. The style features a chic ballet-inspired toe shape, scalloped edging, and contrast stitching for a directional yet wearable look. Wide grosgrain ribbon laces with metal hardware add a playful statement, while an additional cotton lace option offers a more understated, everyday feel.

Crafted in soft metal leather and multi-tone suede, The Speedbird balances standout design with practical versatility. A collapsible back allows for easy slip-on wear, while its packable construction makes it ideal for travel and life on the go.

As with every Birdies style, comfort remains central to the design. The Speedbird includes:

• A removable, contoured arch support
• A shock-absorbing PerfX footbed
• A flexible textured sole with an 8mm pitch for all-day wearability

The Speedbird launches in four eye-catching colorways:

• Vintage Gold Metal Leather
• Silver Metal Leather
• Multi Cyan Suede
• Multi Burnt Orange Suede

The silhouette reflects Birdies’ continued evolution as a brand-expanding beyond its signature flats and slides while staying rooted in its mission to empower women through thoughtful design, versatility, and comfort.

The Speedbird is available exclusively at Birdies.com.
