From the moment Laura Bollier has joined VENUS, Bollier made a commitment to expand inclusive sizing, ensuring that all women, regardless of size, can find stylish clothing that fits perfectly right off the rack-without the need for alterations.

The new Petite collection, featuring 40 thoughtfully designed styles, reflects VENUS’ dedication to listening to its customers and evolving to meet their needs. Whether it’s a chic dress or a pair of perfectly tailored bottoms, each piece in this collection is crafted to fit women with petite frames, typically between 4’11” and 5’4″. This launch reinforces VENUS’ unwavering commitment to inclusivity, quality, and value, all while maintaining the stylish flair the brand is known for.

The VENUS Petite collection is available in sizes Size 0- 16 and XXS – L, with new drops launching from September through December 2024, exclusively at venus.com.

Laura Bollier

Laura Bollier is a visionary leader driving VENUS into a new era as its first female CEO, a position she assumed in 2021. With a remarkable 25-year career in the retail industry, Bollier brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as she spearheads the company’s modernization. Placing a resolute focus on product quality and fit while ushering the organization through a digital transformation, she aims to redefine the VENUS brand for the modern woman. Under her leadership, VENUS is not only enhancing its product offerings but also ensuring they resonate with contemporary consumers who value inclusivity.

Before joining VENUS, Bollier spent a decade at Spanx, where she served as Vice President of Global Merchandising. Prior to that impactful tenure, she made significant contributions at VF Corporation, leaving her mark on the distinguished Nautica and Kipling brands. Her early career included roles at Coach, Lord & Taylor, and Macy’s. A proud native of New York City and a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a business degree, Bollier’s leadership philosophy is rooted in her passion for empowering women and fostering collaborative synergy. She believes in positive change, valuing learning from the past without letting it limit future possibilities.
