Bibhu Mohapatra’s Fall 2018 Collection was inspired by Francesco Clemente’s portraits from the film GREAT EXPECTATIONS
The collection explores the Dickensian dynamics of love and neglect, forgiveness and censure, between Miss Havisham and the beautiful Estella.
Bibhu Mohapatra’s Fall 2018 collection is represented in the contrast between delicate Japanese lace and structured silk wool, organic shapes and linear patterns and the emotional color palette of plum, merlot, fiery red and berry.
Bibhu Mohapatra designs manufactures and sells three collections a year of Luxury Women’s Wear from his New York Studio, show room and office in the Garment District.
Bibhu’s clothes are seen on many red carpets worn by movie stars, musicians. as well as First Ladies and Heads of State around the world.
His clothes are sold at major luxury department stores around the world.
