Lying on a dreamy white sandy beach in Antigua last June, with her blackberry in one hand and her mobile in the other, Rebecca decided she was tired of her career as a corporate lawyer in the City of London. There had to be more to life than being on conference calls whilst on the beach.
And then it hit her.
