Swarovski Design Contest 2007 |
 April 18, 2008 - The annual CREATE your STYLE Design Contest in 2007 has truly sparked passion and enthusiasm from an impressive number of entrants. From the remarkable crystalline designs they produced to express their personal style, judges have now selected the finalists and winners which will be announced at the Tucson Gem and Mineral Fair being held at Omni National Resort and Spa on February 8th, 2008.
The Design Contest invites all levels of designers and artists to create innovative one-of-a-kind items using CRYSTALLIZED - Swarovski Elements. Again this year the quality of the entries has surpassed expectations according to this year's specialist judges, who have now short-listed five finalists in each of the three categories. "We were very impressed with the high quality of the pieces, which is surely a reflection of the creative skills of all those who entered the competition. It is clear from the results that CRYSTALLIZED - Swarovski Elements were a great source of inspiration and each entry is a credit to the creativity of its maker." Nick Regine, Jury member.
