The Carefree Summer Fashion of Burkman Bros

May 5, 2011 - [London] - With warmer weather livening up our days and with summer fast approaching, men across the northern hemisphere are excused for wanting to start wearing lighter and stylish clothes better suited to the beach or pool side without further ado.

During the unseasonal heat wave that has been taking place during April in cities like London, Burkman Bros' spring/summer 2011 collection justly addresses these desires.

Canadian brothers Doug and Ben Burkman allegedly acquired a taste for fashion at a very early age. It is rumoured that in order to fund their teenage wardrobes, the duo developed a number of summertime ventures. With this entrepreneurial spirit walking hand in hand with their stylish ambitions, the pair went on to hone their skills together as designers at Gap, before deciding to start a label of their own. And so the eponymous Burkman Bros was born.
