December 15, 2010 - Since 2006, men all over the world have had the opportunity to admire and benefit from the creative talent of the designer Damir Doma.


Combining a skilful command of the languages of patterns and shapes with a mastery of the influences of Japanese and Belgian designers, Doma has been a remarkable talent to watch over the last few years.

Born in Croatia, Doma grew up in southern Germany and studied fashion in Munich and Berlin. His 2004 graduation collection, awarded magna cum laude for the best collection that year, proved to be indicative of the talent of this budding designer. Upon graduating, Doma moved to Antwerp, where he worked for Ann Demeulemeester, Raf Simons and Dirk Schoenberger. His time working for Simons influenced Doma's perception of fashion and the arts, allowing for a personal vision of fashion and aesthetics to further develop.

In 2006, Doma started taking his first steps on his own by developing his own first fashion designs. After joining the Paper Rain Group in 2007, he presented his first menswear collection during Paris fashion week in June of that year.
