Ever since I read that Versace book by Deborah Ball, I’ve got this impression that the Versaceempire is on the brink of ruin and Donatella is incapable of running the show. However, that is not really the case, and I felt this show had a lot of pieces reminiscent of Gianni’s work, but simplified.
