John Galliano
If there is one menswear show that is bound to shock, it is John Galliano.
This season, the theme was a mix of everything, in fluoro pinks and other crazy brights.
Despite the crazy styling, head-wear, and makeup, there are still some great wearable pieces.
Pinstripe and check suits and shirts in bright colors make for great picnic summer pieces.
Bound-edge jackets and waistcoats and biker-style pieces are all safe wardrobe pieces for the fashion-conscious.
The pink hat-mesh-wigs however are only for the ultra-brave.

Jean Paul Gaultier
Jean Paul Gaultier's western theme for Spring Summer 2009 mixed cowboy styling with classic-cut pieces.
His trademark striped sweaters were in abundance, but instead of the sailor look, the men looked rustic and masculine.
The three piece suits and raincoats were well-cut and the beautifully-shaped cowboy hats will make great summer head-wear.
The shoes were also stunning, two-tone brogues in soft leathers looked slick but effortless.

Yves Saint Laurent
The strength of Yves Saint Laurent's Spring Summer 2009 collection definitely were the softened color palette.
Soft caramels, tones of denim blues, and whites and off-whites worked beautifully in total looks and mixed together.
Blazers and bomber jackets were slightly cropped and trousers had dropped waists with low-slung crotches and slim legs.
The fabrics looked worn, effortless, and soft.
