TREND SPARK! | Week 5 - Part II | 03.07.2009

TREND SPARK!

By Alexandra Suhner Isenberg, London Editor | Week 5 - Part II | 03.07.2009

Paris Spring/Summer 2010 Menswear Collections Trend Round Up | Part II

Mixed Up Prints

Comme des Garcons, Dries Van Noten, and Lanvin all mixed up their prints to make for colorful looks on the catwalk.

Neck Gear

Accessories were focused on the neckline for Spring Summer 2010, with a variety of unique bow ties (Comme des Garcons, Dunhill) and unusual ties (Hermes, Dior Homme, and Lanvin.)

Shine On

Lanvin and Paul Smith were two of many designers using shiny fabrics on their catwalks.

Slouching Story

The mood was lazy and slouchy for Spring Summer, seen through the loose clothing, effortless attitudes, and laid-back manners at Paul Smith, Louis Vuitton, and Dries Van Noten.

Striped Attire

Stripes varied in size and direction, but were seen on several of the Spring Summer 2010 Paris menswear catwalks.

Weekend Bags

The key bag shape for men next spring is the weekend or over sized bag, seen at Louis Vuitton, Hermes, and Dunhill.
