Rand Jeans Fall/Winter 2008/2009

For the Rand Jeans Fall/Winter 2008/2009 collection, designer Aase Helena Hansen has created a Japanese street interpretation of the American cowboy, college bad-boy and baseball.

May 27, 2008 - The Japanese have specialized in developing denim and RAND Jeans embraces their sense of creativity to add an exciting sense of newness to the old. Classic blue denim is directing your thoughts towards farmland denim. Together with a variety on the category from shiny high tech surfaces, to rough structures with detachable lining.

The Scandinavian touch is brought in via knitted bandana patterns and motif hand knitting in the best wool/alpaca blends. Classic check patterns are combined in shirts and dresses with electric colored embroidery, western style- or 50'ties rock and roll in traditional white shirts adorned with black embroidery.
