Today I received a presentation from a friend of mine regarding the costumes and masks worn at the Venice Carnival 2006. It reminded me that the next Carnival was just around the corner. It’s been many years since this Carnival has been started and attracted the Venice citizens as well as many guests from all around the world. You might have attended one of these Carnivals before or might be planning for the next event. So hurry up because not so much time left for the 2007 edition of Venice Carnival. The Carnival will take place during the dates: Friday, February 09, 2007 - Tuesday, February 20, 2007. This year it’s planning to be more popular, widely spreading Carnival and it will be the Tricentenary of Italian dramatist, writer Carlo Goldoni (1707-1793), one of the most representative artists in Venetian literary and theatrical tradition.
