June 3, 2011, [New York] - Some people may call these just "nice shoes" but we call them "the art pieces" of Antonio Marras.
Antonio Marras; the Head Artistic Director of KENZO, while celebrating the 40th anniversary of the House of KENZO in October last year, should have been inspired by Japanese Geta* sandals when creating KENZO's Spring/Summer 2011 shoe collection.
Both the styles and the color blocking, bright, fresh and bold colors of these shoes and matching bags should be this Summer’s iconic accessories.
We had spotted some of these wonderful colors and assorted them in four groups as; Lilac, Coral, Nude and Turquoise tones to give us inspiration for the following mood boards we were working on. Today, after noticing that we kept these color codes to ourselves and didn't publish them on Fashion Trendsetter, it was still worth to share these bright hues at the right time of the season.
